Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MedBratRx Prescribed for the Baddies in Scrubs (and every other boss in healthcare)!


📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders are packed with care and prepared for shipment in the order they are received. During drop weeks or high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day or two—but we promise, it’s worth the wait.


🚚 Shipping Time & Carriers

We currently ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for all standard and priority packages.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can watch your goodies make their way to you.


🌍 Do You Ship Internationally?

Not at the moment but we’re working on it!

Right now, MedBratRx ships within the U.S. only. Stay tuned for international updates by subscribing to our email list or following us @MedBratRx on Instagram.


💌 Shipping Issues or Delays

Once your package is handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for delays, delivery errors, or lost packages.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If it’s still missing, reach out to us at MedBratRx@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help you file a claim or find a solution.


❗️Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you need to update your address, email us immediately at  MedBratRx@gmail.com.


🚫 All Sales Are Final

At MedBratRx, all of our products are made for personal use and most are part of limited monthly drops so for safety and fairness to all of our customers:

Due to the hygienic nature of our products (scrub caps, badge reels, and other personal accessories), we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing and reach out if you have any questions before placing your order. We’re always happy to help!


✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

💡 Final Note

MedBratRx is a small, nurse-founded business. Every order is packed with intention, and because our drops are exclusive and inventory is limited, we’re unable to accommodate returns at this time.
